It is an online self-help platform for students to enhance their self-understanding of their psychological well-being through completing a range of psychological tests.
SCOTTISH ASSOCIATION FOR MENTAL HEALTH: WELL-BEING ASSESSMENT
This wellbeing assessment uses the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale (“WEMWBS”) to measure wellbeing. The WEMWBS was developed by researchers at Warwick and Edinburgh Universities and funded by the Scottish Executive National Programme for improving mental health and well-being, commissioned by NHS Health Scotland.
